Unhappy Utatane piko cosplay

hey guys, this is my first time cosplaying. me and my friend are doing kuro and piko duo, i was just wondering if it counted as crossplay even though piko is a guy. my friend is ok with wearing a dress and leggings because she is a girl but idk about me.

A guy dressed as a woman and a woman dress as a guy is crossplay. If you're a guy and you dressing as Bridget from Guilty Gear, you are not cross-playing, since he is still a guy, despite what he looks like.
Though, honestly, I don't know why it matters. :/

It doesn't matter what it is.

What matters is if you feel comfortable. If you don't feel comfortable wearing something then don't. If something makes you feel good, it doesn't matter what name you chose to label it.

Lithium is right. It's technically not crossplay, but if wearing that dress thing makes you uncomfortable, don't do it.

You could try what I'm doing with my Piko costume and make the dress into a vest and the leggings into black pants. It's a lot less girly than the white bell dress.

I'm male and did Piko. I'd check this costume (the one I did): http://www.manycosplay.com/vocaloidu...es-p-1150.html

And the leggings work much more like pants than leggings. It worked well for me. Hope this helps. If you're making it, make the pants in a thicker material than leggings.
