Spoiler problems?

I was recently online while caught up with the anime of Naruto Shippuden, but not the manga. Then, while cruising around commenting on a rerun I found on Youtube, some guy spoiled what was, in my opinion, the biggest reveal in all anime, movies, tv etc. There may be a bigger one in some other anime/movie/tv show, but I have yet to find it. So, I was just wondering, has anyone else ever had a show spoiled for you by a stranger? If so, what happened?

I had the Christmas special of Downton Abbey spoiled by Wikipedia. Then I watched it and realized that it was obvious what was going to happen.

I'de watched FMA: Brotherhood, but not the first version, and attended a "con" as Envy.
A dude somehow mistook me for Wrath from the first anime and proceeded to tpoil the ending of that version for me before I understood what was going on

Spoilers don't phase me, either I don't care or I just use it as something to look forward to. Spoilers lack things like detail, who what why etc. so I'm like, "oh man I wonder WHO kills Aeris and WHY", something like that.

I also follow the 10 year rule, you have 10 years to watch/read/play it, then it's fair game. The only exception is when it gets a re release on another medium, like book to movie, so I would spoil The Hobbit all the time if the movies didn't come out.

Unless it's super obvious, then I'll spoil it, eg. Hulk Hogen is going to start losing then "hulk out" do his boot and atomic leg drop the guy, winning the match because he ALWAYS DOES. (Unless he gets disqualified)

I browse TV tropes. I end up spoiling things for myself all the time.

Oddly enough, it doesn't tend to make anything any less entertaining....

I'm one of those strange people who can't stand not knowing what'll happen. Long as the spoiler's not so specific I can't still wonder about the details of it, don't leave me in the dark....

I give the internet a week to remain spoiler free. If anything is over a week old, everything and anything is fair game.

That said, Matthew Lewis (who plays Neville in the HP movies) totally spoiled the newest Star Trek movie for me. *instant unfollow*

Some trolls in Facebook revealed me the ending of Ironman 3, after that I decided not to visit social networks before watching a movie/show anymore.
