That's a pretty bad picture. Try taking a MUCH smaller picture, and try not to make it blurry. You cant get something critqued properly if nobody can see it clearly.
A reference picture would help, too.

Very impressive. Got the shape down real well. I assume it doesn't move like in the Anime? I've not seen many that could. Are you going to accent the matt black or leave as is?

did you coat the foam in fiberglass??? if not you should think about it because it might break if its just the foam
