Is it literally one bracelet? Hard to tell from pictures. Is it a spiral bracelet or does it connect at one point? I feel you may be able to just buy three silver bracelets and glue them together..

i think its one bracelet that connects at the bottom. I was thinking about that actually. I asked the jo ann women about though and she told me the glue wouldnt hold.

if you can find a wide bangle for cheap (plastic), you can carve out gaps for "scooped" look
hobby store, "junk" jewlery, or thrift are probably best bets, or amazon/ebay

depending on your paitence you could get good results with a cheapo junior hacksaw
and a nailfile

unless its an age thing, you should be fine, thier only a cheap 8$ saw w/ a 6in blade,
its alot safer than using a knife or "gouge"

or you can use a pringle can cut in 2in sections make 2-3 layers then "laminate" it w/
paper mache`

instead of a saw you could use a triangle file
(for wood, it has wider grooves then ones for metal)
or sand paper around a ruler

a saw just goes faster, also could use a "dremel" tool (small rotary multi-tool)
and a "cut off wheel/disk"

Woah, if you just use hot glue or even something like a sculplt that hardens like cement you'll be fine. Hell I would just use the hot glue.
Just attaching several bracelets is a lot easier than trying to make it... more simple. I'd look up things to attach metal (or whatever the bracelets are made of) together if you think hot glue would work. Normally people at Jo Anne's don't know anything. At least, this has been my experience for the 3 separate stores I've been in. I've only gotten one review on an item I was buying and it was on gum. For everything else they'd ask me what it was for. Plus Jo Anne's is really a fabric store. I'd say to ask someone at Michael's but they can be just as bad.
EDIT: Perhaps look into E6000 adhesive.
