Ballistic Nylon

Hey everyone. So I'm planning to do a comic book version of wolverine but want to make it look real, so I choose to go with ballistic nylon which is what they used for Chris Evans capt.America costume. The problem I'm having is I'm not sure what denier to go with anyone have any ideas? Has any one worked with ballistic nylon before? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Absolutely! I wanted to keep the comic look, but wanted it to look like a real military suit, I found ballistic nylon in both the yellow and blue and from what I can tell it will have a Kevlar look so keeping my fingers crossed.
