Post Help with 'Stylish Energy' jacket pattern

so I'm planning on making Rin's 'Stylish Energy' cosplay (from Project Diva... f?) but I'm quite unsure with how to approach making a pattern or really sewing the jacket, initially, as it's something I've never tried sewing before.
(I do have knowledge in sewing, but not as much with patterns and so forth ^^;;; )

I was wondering if anyone could help with finding a tutorial or a mini-pattern online that I could use to help when I make it. just anything similar to the design/shape of the jacket - it doesn't have to be spot on in similarity as I could get a relative to help with altering it, etc. :'3 (or if there are any hidden tutorials for the actual cosplay, that would be AWESOME.)

I would try looking myself but I don't even know where to start, so hopefully someone might have something...?

this is what the jacket looks like, for reference:

I don't want to buy it because it's kind of hard to find and it's so expensive anyway. I could probably make it for less than half of what prices you could find online ^^;;

help would be really appreciated. thank you!

This looks like a good pattern as the base looks similar. Make sure to alter it as you see fit and use a more track jacket like fabric. Here is a tutorial I found on this.(here).
Friend me on FB?
