Hopefully within the year I'll have finished my Big Boss (mgs3) and my Solid snake (twin snakes) costumes... it's taking me a while just because I'm really striving for accuracy on both, and I'm also trying to find ways of getting past ACen's recent airsoft ban by modding nerf guns to look slightly more realistic, but still obviously nerf guns. Other cons, luckily, I'll be able to avoid giant gun syndrome.
And I agree with the above, more Fortune is desperately needed.

Again, one more thing I like about Florida cons, hardly any airsoft problems. Both me and the Naked Snake in our group had to have our guns peace bonded at Jacon though. Funny thing is I could still pull back on my slide lol.
Anyways Metal Gear 2 Snake is still under construction. I have just about everything I need. I'd just need a haircut to pull it off, but I kinda worked hard to get my "Snake" hair long in the back. I figured I could thin out my beard though. I'd actually like to do a "bloodied up" version if I could. I figure some bullet holes and burn marks in my bandanna would look pretty good too.

My only concern is that I will look funny with the style/color of her hair. Im sure this wouldnt be to hard to make...well the gun might be. It also might be a pain in the a*s to find a swimsuit/wet suit in that color, meaning i'd have to make one.

Jounink: Yeah why Mr Kojima loves his blondes i'll never know, but if you are concerned, i'd go with more of a mixed color blonde with more light brown undertones in it so it doesn't look so fake.
As for the bodysuit, with a bit of altering, this could work: http://www.welovecolors.com/Shop/TurtleNeckLeotard.htm
great thing about this place is that it has 51 colors to choose from for a good majority of their products.
Past that, I think you'd need to find a nice trench coat, army boots, a thigh holster and belt with pouches and you'd be set.

@Revlover Ocelot: that GrayFox is amazing. I am making Raiden from MGS4 and was wondering just how exactly you got the red on your suit because raiden has almost the same thing on his suit. How did you put on that red material on the thighs and shoulders? and what kind of fabric is it? Thanx for your time!

My spine was sowed in today.. but I still need put the orange lycra over it, the lil butt thing as well, my left knee had to be moved because it was crooked, a lil more orange lycra to the back to help connect the butt thing a bit better and I think that's it. By tomorrow it should all be done, it would've been today today but my friend's mom who's helping me with the sowing machine had to go leave to do some praying stuff. All of the suit is made out of 100% cotton Lycra material, I used foam and a bit of cotton for my muscles, cotton was only used in for the chest. Everything was sowed on either by hand or machine.
