Lady Subaru from .hack
Can anyone give me any tips or pointers as to this costume? I have a pattern which I was going to use for the skirt, which is basically the same skirt, but in miniature. Does anyone have a better pattern I could use for the skirt and the top?
Also, I have no idea how to make the sleeves puffy... help?  -Ayanami-
