There's a product list (it's in the comments).

For J-rock cosplays use and ivory foundation. Just pure white looks fake and makes you look like a clown. And in the photos of J-rock start they use lights to give more of a plae look. But I suggest using maybe a creamy textured foundation always since it goes on evenly and seems to look best. Ben Nye is very popular with some J-rock cosplayers but it is a tad expencive. u.u;;

Agreed. But if you want to go with the pure-white junk, you can get Vamp makeup at stores that sell costumes year-round such as The Party Tree. I got some white cake make-up there along with my black lipstick & nail polish.

Maybe you could look in the yellow pages for a Theatrical Store that would be nearby.

Mm, I saw this thread and I was looking into it for the pale look for my Kaoru cosplay, though, I saw on another one something about the yellow based concealer giving a warm look (@.@?). Not really going for that for Jrockers...Do you think you can suggest something that would give a more..er..cold, pale look? For a concealer anyway, that is. I already use an ivory foundation due to my skin being pale naturally. Take that from many years staying on the computer than being in the sun! My skin is so sensitive I burn so easily!

Well I don't know any other places other than a theatrical store or EBAY or even search google. Maybe mix a couple shades for the desired tone? n.n;;
