Unfortunately, there is no pattern. You'll have to find something that's similar, and modify it to look like how you want.
You can search online, but keep in mind that pattern books at fabric stores have more patterns than online. You can also take a picture of the outfit to the fabric store, and ask them if they can help you find something similar. I'd say it's only his jacket that you have to look for, because for his pants you can buy a pair and hem them shorter. If you don't want to spend lots of money, try used clothing stores like Salvation army or Goodwill.
