I figured that was what it was, but in some pics it looks like it breaks, so I wasn't sure okies.

I've return from other realms of fandom! GG is still first love <3

Here's an update of fruity Anji, he's not gonna happen. It'll be fruity pink Anko in a formal kimono outfit instead. I'm beginning to lose confidence in showing off flesh =x

In simple words, -this- plus -this-.

I've settled on the costume's design, now it's the fabric design i'm having trouble, coz i wanna use lotsa Japanese patterned fabric. Currently sourcing for the perfect white based design for the secondary color to match the solid pink :3 (If not i will go for patterned pink and plain white)

I even got an authentic Japanese parasol for her~

I love the mix. I'm sure if Anji had a sister, that's pretty much what she'd look like.

On another note....I FINALLY GOT A SEWING MACHINE! *tries to remain calm*

A.B.A's top is almost done. I've got the pockets on the back and the pockets and the 'zipper' cover on the front.(which by the way switches on the sprites when everything else is the same >.>)
All I have to do is the black edges and it's done. I'd be getting the stuff for it Friday but instead I'm ordering the wig. I don't want to risk not having it in the right color as cosworx is going to get slammed soon for Anime Expo.

oooh, congrats! I still don't use mine as I'm still figuring its operation out XD; instruction manuals are useless and it's kinda a pos anyway. Can't wait to see your ABA work (pesky sprites XD)! And yeah, I know what you mean about Cosworx, with all the issues they had last year around that time, right?

Exactly, it's the reason I got S-ko's makeup almost late last year, which they don't even sell anymore T_T I plan on ordering my wig for A.B.A as soon as I have enough after the sewing machine investment. Which made me realize something...

You know you're a Guilty Gear cosplayer, when all your wigheads are named Millia (1,2 etc.) and you name your sewing machine Jam because it's loud. (Got a 2003 brand new in box, not as quiet as the new ones. BUT I would've paid 5x as much for the same thing. I can deal with a little more noise.)

Once I get more progress on A.B.A I'll put up some pictures. I wont be putting progress pictures of the spoiler though. Wouldn't be fair.

Well A.B.A is going great! I started work on the apron last night and realized that it is nothing like an actual apron pattern. After some cutting here and there I finally got the right shape though.

I still have no idea what I'm going to do with HOS. I'll figure it out...I hope >.>

Looking for some feedback on my a.b.a costume so far. The only thing that needs to be finished is attatching the head key to the wig, putting the belt key on, and my cousin needs to finish painting the other face for paracelsus. Also im going to shorten the chain it is far to long. ^^

Sadly I wont be at Otakon, but I look forward to seeing pictures.

I've started work on A.B.A's apron and Shadowfate's spoiler character for our AC+ artwork. I wont have pictures up until after the Con so that those who don't know have to wait a little longer.

Depending on how long everything takes I may be S-ko and A.B.A for Sakuracon, we'll see, it's still a long ways away, but soooo much work.

i'm such a GG fangirl. 2-D fighters are much love.
Right now i have sooo many fandoms that its impossible to cosplay them all. But i've wanted to cosplay GG for so long that i've decided to just DO IT (nike has taught me a lot *sniff* lol)

I was going to cosplay A.B.A. earlier this year, but my friend doesnt like bloody costumes/movies/anything so i dropped it - i wanted her to walk around with me at a con, not be afraid!- So, i've decided on Bridget. I have this little thing for nuns (finishing up an Esther from Trinity Blood costume...and want to do Rosette from Chrono Crusade) so of course i'm in love with the little nunboy!

I've figured out how i'm going to do my yoyo and i'm excited about it. But, that darn handcuff is going to be difficult. Suggestions?

It's been discussed in this thread, you can search backwards for more help; but the biggest ways I've seen of doing it are (layered) cardboard, foam, and papermache, prolly. I'm sure there's other ways but those are the ones that pop into mind at 2:30 AM XD
