Seeking Cosplay Artist

I'm new to this website, and I was wondering if there were any cosplay artist (specifying in Pokémon cosplay) that could make me a Clemont costume?

I would be wearing this costume to Otakon this summer.

Thanks for your consideration

I'm curious but do you mean a commissioner who could make you a cosplay, or an artist specifying in drawing your costume? If you're looking for a commissioner then this isn't really the area to look in for that, instead you would go into the commissioner thread or wait til you hit 10 posts to make a "Wanted" ad in the marketplace.

If you wanna just look yourself for someone (as opposed to them seeing you post) I would go here:
http://www.cosplay.com/marketplace/index.php
You can click on the commissioners for hire areas and see who looks like they do good work, then run there name here:
http://www.cosplay.com/forumdisplay.php?f=246
And then also through the 2 review threads within that forum. If all seems good, message them and see what it's gonna cost you. And find more than just one person because they may all have different prices so see what's best for you in terms of quality as well as pricing..

This makes it so you don't have to worry about putting a wanted ad up. It's much easier messaging them instead

How long should I wait for a commissioner to respond?

A few days. Maybe a week tops..Look to see when the lat time they were on was too. If you click their name on the ad they posted in the for hire section, it will take you to another screen. Hit "profile" from there to go to their profile. To the left of their profile picture will have an area that says when they last logged in was. If it was over a week ago or more than I say don't bother
