Hellsing Makeup: Walter (and Jan)
Hey, I'm looking for tips on how to make my 16 year old brother look old - more specifically, like Walter from Hellsing. All six of us in our Hellsing group are new at cosplaying, lol, so we have no idea what we're doing.
Also, do you think Jan Valentine should wear eyeliner? Thanks in advance! ^_^ |

Alrighty for Jan, Eyeliner would be good but a moderate amount, just to sink his eyes in a bit. As you looking like walter, what *might* help is to take a brown eye pencil and make dots where you would want a crease in his face to be (like forehead, around the mouth) etc. then smear it into the line, then apply dry face powder on top to blend it in. This should work, but make sure to practice a lot before the convention you're attending. Just remember it's not so much that Walter is old, but he has a very defined face with sharp edges, that's a hard thing to create (unless you're on a movie set)
I'm currently doing a big Hellsing gorup as well adn i'm a veteran to cosplay and theater makeup so feel free to PM me
