Me (or you) as an anime character
I finally got a working zip drive and was able to get all my files from my mother's house, so I have my anime self-portrait at last. No more post-it note drawings, I'm afraid lol. (Sorry, I couldn't find that thread and I'm too tired to look for it, so I just started this one.)
I drew this pic a while ago just for fun, and it's what I think I might look like if I were an anime character, not really me in anime style. So here it is. Also, if you have any pics of yourself as a "character" (original or existing) please post them! This pic is more characterized in that my hair is way curlier and longer than in the pic, and some of the features are off. But like I said, if an anime chara were made after me (or in my likeness), this is how I think she would look. ^_^

Hey Lulu, thats a pretty good drawing of yourself. You did a real good job coloring it too. Did you do that on a computer?

Hmm.. I had an artist friend draw some pics of me as an anime character and a Hong Kong action heroine once. Does it count if I didn't draw them myself?

i dont have a scanner so ill have to bug my friend to scan one of my pics. Well i could take a picture of one of my pics with my dc.

My avatar is me cosplaying as Claude C Kenni i'll see if i can dig up some png's that I drew on oekaki...ithink there's one yeah here...be warned that this was done a long time ago!

Miroku - Thanks! I drew it on paper first then scanned it to color on the comp. It wasn't until this month that I actually learned how to draw in Illustrator, so I plan on practicing more with that, but until then it's been good old paper and 3H pencil!
Koumori - Sure, doesn't matter if you didn't draw them. Post 'em anyway! ^_^ Spooky - Love the suit! lol great pic Nietsche - That's a great oekaki! Gah those take me so long to do if I want them to be nice. @_@ Very cute pic.

Cool - they're gorgeous pictures and I want to share them, since I had to take them off my website when I redesigned recently. But I can't seem to figure out how to post an attachment - the FAQ says something about a "browse" button, but I see no such thing. Could someone please PM me to let me know how? Thanks.

Okay, I still haven't figured out exactly how to do attachments (though if someone PMs me to tell me how, I'll repost with attachments rather than cluttering up your screen) so this is something of an experiment. When I was recently finished with FF8, I had a very vivid dream in which I was a character in the game. I described what I was wearing to my artist friend, and she drew this, in exchange for me making her Hitomi costume.
