Yeah, how do you keep tattoos on your back covered up?

Especially in a heat wave?

Try using a cleansing pad to remove the oils from the skin. Then apply some Ben Nye white powder (it blends with skin after rubbing) then try a concealer. Perhaps a light coating of creme or make up power.

The white power makes clean up easier.

It's a bit pricey... so I have yet to try it myself... but you can always look into Dermablend cosmetics. http://www.dermablend.com/index.aspx

Dermablend works. It's worth the price.

Will it work over a really dark tattoo?

That Dermablend stuff looks promising. Perhaps I'll try it one day?

Dermablend works wonders... when I got married, I frequented a wedding message board and it was raved about there... LOTS of women were using it to cover huge back tattoos and stuff, so apparently it works rather well.

I would say Dermablend as well. If you have a professional makeup supplier near you, they should have something similar. But Dermablend is easier to find and just as good.

Yes, Dermablend will cover dark tattoos. That's what it's designed for - to cover tattoos and skin pigmentation problems. Get the Leg & Body Cover Creme and make sure to set it with the Setting Powder so it won't rub off.

I use Dermablend Leg & Body. It covers well; I have to blend a couple of colors together to get the right shade for my skin tone. If you have something rubbing against it, it will wear off onto your fabric over the course of a day.
