Well, I'm, or at least, my artwork is at ConFusion.

KatsuCon is out of the question for me. Look, rightnow, I've little respect for Virginia-based cons. They have a bad habit of being utterly mismanaged. The Artists Alley info was never even available on their website (they put it up in the forums? WTF?) So instead that weekend, I'll be taking in Furry Weekend Atlanta instead. The AA may be first-come-first-served, but at least I know the money will be worth it.

And MCCC? No dice. T-Mode might be that weekend, or Anime Central. And I'm tired of setting up shop there for naught. MCCC has devolved into an utter cretin-con. You got people buying a day ticket, walking through the dealers, making a beeline through the artists alley, buying $400 worth of Ewok autographs in the back and then walking straight out. Not worth it for me.

I was sick going to the con. Guess that illness prevented some other from taking over. All was well by Sunday of the con. Whats everyone got?

Well, I updated my yahoogroup to give some info of what I was up to at ConFusion sunday morning, at least. Did some ranting for Freon on Radio Free Fandom, hopefully I'll have some mp3s of me being obnoxious soon available for download.

There was lone girl dressed as Sakura from Naruto that I'd notivced though. But man... crappy headband. She needed you, Morgan.

Did anyone go to Confusion Sat. night? I forgot my camera and was wondering if anyone took some pictures. My wife and I were in the masquerade and we have no pictures at all.

There is no way I'll be able to go to Katsucon since all the money that I don't have is going into my next gown ($400+ and I'm not done yet, my poor bank account...)

Everyone that is going, have fun, and take lots of pictures (I like pictures^^)!

Well, so much for me going to ConFusion. That weekend sucked as I could hardly roll out of my bed. Turns out I got hit by food poisoning *glare* AND the flu at the same time. I guess that Katsu is next.

I hate to double post like this but I need to let those involved know that there is a large chance that I won't be attending Katsucon this year. A very good friend of mine just died the other night and I don't know what the funeral arrangements are yet. Even if it was this weekend, I don't think that it would be fair for me to take off for a con just like like while still in mourning and for the driving part alone I would probably be a hazard. But as I said already, the chances of me going are extremely slim. I probably won't be online much for the next few days. You understand.

Oops....sorry for the double post but I wasn't sure where to put this in.

*runs in and gasps* Terribly sorry for being late and not uploading frequently, but my Ohayocon 2005 coverage is finally done! Sure I know there are a lot of photos of what I did (forgive me for breaking in a new camera), but I know I got a lot of our SE Mich group in too. I'm sorry if I missed anyone in particular or didn't get many photos. Just let me know and I can do more come next con.

Well, Katsu is over with now(nothing exceptional) so now its time to look at what we have next. Next on the list it looks like Kunicon in St. Louis and then Tekko in PA. Do we have any takers?
