Question Comic Con's weapons policy?

Does anyone know what restrictions apply to weapons at the convention? I can't seem to find anything on their page about it.

I assume that naturally they won't allow real firearms into the convention center, but what about swords? I seem to recall photos of several Kill Bill cosplayers who had real metal blades.

But most people who call me a fizzle don't get away with it! Well, actually, that guy who got away with it was the only one who ever called me a fizzle. After today, only half the people who ever called me a fizzle will have gotten away with it!" - Peter, Family Guy

I think I can help a little with that problem. You can say the regular rules like no firearms and sharpened objects. I'm thinking you can have metal items just make sure they're blunted. I carried around a giant wooden Fuuma Shriuken about the size of half my body, but no security seemed to mind, after all it was blunted, no sharp edges. Don't throw your props or you can say good bye to your admission to Comic-con. But I hope no one is that stupid to do so. And if your item is too sharp to yours or any administrators tastes just 'peace-bond' it according to the things I've heard.
