Lamphere in Madison Heights. Our show is called Silence of the Rams XD. We're the Rams and the color guard are mimes, and on one side of the 50 we're silent, and the other, we play. kinda neat if we can pull it off....

That does sound really cool! Better than ours. We're doing "Immortal Beloved", which basically is Pathetique Sonata, Moonlight Sonata, and Symphony No. 9. It's dandy music, but everyone in the band is really tired of doing classical. Not to mention, the drill is kind of ridiculous. (I hope we can convince our director to let us do Lord of the Rings or Pirates of the Caribbean next year...)

Pirates is a littl eover done, but lord of the rings would rock at life! i'm sure i'll probably see you at a competition this season. aw, cool! i'll look for you!

I've heard about the Michigan Cosplayers Society, and I'm so happy to've found this group! I haven't been cosplaying for very long - my first time was Youmacon 2006. Since that very first experience, I've been hooked! So far, I've cosplayed as Lust from FMA and Integra from Hellsing. At this year's Youma', I'll also be wearing a Hikaru cosplay from Ouran. I'm looking forward to meeting more fellow Michigander cosplayers, so don't be shy!

Hello! I'm new to this Michigan Cosplay Forum!
My dream vacation is Japan (duh), England, and pretty much all the rest of Europe.  I've probablly seen some of you guys at conventions before. Oh and, HIII EMOLY!

I'm really new here and to cosplaying as well... but I can't wait to get all started. Let's see... what to say about me... well, I live in the upper peninsula of Michigan (hate it! I need to live in a big city or somewhere that actually has some fun and culture other than deer hunting, pasties, and saunas haha), I'm almost 16, and I love music, concerts, photography, sleeping, video games, etc. I'm also obsessed with the band Tokio Hotel and J-Rock. That's pretty much me so... hello everyone!

SheiCamui- Thanks! Ooo, I LOVE Gackt as well! You really should listen to some Tokio Hotel, they're music is awesome (at least I think so)! Some of my favorite songs are Der Letzte Tag, Rette Mich, and Scream, but I pretty much love everyone of them.
AnimeRei3- I live in the little city of Ishpeming, which is about half an hour away from Marquette. haha I've been camping in Crystal Falls before! But I don't like camping too much sooo... |
