Hi everyone!!

Okay, you can shoot me if you want for starting this thread, but i'm gonna anyways!! ok.

Is there anyone who knows how to make (or where to get) a good white foundation that doesn't rub easily off and isn't tooooo expensive?

Yes,i do jrock cosplays. ^ ^;;

If you want to go the inexpensive route, buy a foundation lighter than your skin and then dust your face with white powder. The powder will keep it from rubbing off as quickly and help increase the "pale"-look, but it will inevitably come off if you sweat, cry, etc.

If you're willing to pay a little more, I suggest Ben Nye stage makeup (you can buy it offline if you don't have a local costume shop). It gives long lasting coverage and is recommended by most all jrock cosplayers that I've spoken to.
