Does VCS cover West Virginia?
I'm from northern virginia myself, but I just did some thinking. Are people living in West Virginia able to "join" VCS? I know it's Virginia Cosplay Society, but West Virginia still has "Virginia" in it... Just asking.

Yeah sure it does! If anyone from WV posts on the Va cosplayers thread Ill make a seperate list though so the WV peoples dont have to go through the 30-something Va. cosplayers already, if you live in Va and are on the WV boarder and want to be added to that list b/c you are so close just let me know and I'll do that for you!
