Costume Commission Help- Kagura (InuYasha)

Hello, I've been asking around to different people about a costume commission for Kagura of InuYasha. I'm having trouble finding someone reliable to commission it and I don't exactly have alot of money, but I'm willing to pay a reasonable amount. My sewing is rather...crappy and I want someone with good sewing skills to do my commission and I don't want the costume to fall apart (Or split the Hakamas...I don't think I could live through that again

).
Who would you advise to go to for a costume commission/What advice do you give on finding a relaible person to do a commission? I would very much appreciate your reply!

Why dont you post a commission wanted ad in the classifieds. Alot of the commissioners also post their info on there stating that they are available to take commissions.You can also check the main cosplay.com page; usually there are ads for commissioners posted, but you would want to check to make sure they are not backed up terribly with costumes already.
