Need Help! 13 Days Till Megacon!

I need help quick on kotoko, from chobits, i person helped me and i tried to do waht she said but it didnt work. so i ran out to the fabric store, bought some more fabric..

i need help mostly with the bow , and anyother hints tips or cheats would be great!

ok, since you need help! i would recommend making the bow first, someone who can shape it well will be very useful, then use wire to help it stand out like kotokos. youll have to make a belt like obi, i say you should have some HEAVY DUTY velcro in front so that the bow can cover it. im no to sure how you can attach it, be creative, pin it, vecro it with more HEAVY DUTY velcro and so on. expiriment. make sure you have *very* strong, thick, durable fabric like a canvas or brocade.
