The Fish Costumes? *lol* They're cute xD
Hmm the only thing I can think of is Padudu from Mahou Yuugi, she wears a fish cape...but you would have to change the pattern around alot ^^" |

There's a fishman from Slayers who falls in love with Lina. It's the funniest thing.

Maybe the fish speaker priests from God Emperor of Dune... or some really, really messed up version of the Jaffa armor from Stargate. |
