Good? Ha ha. *cough* Sorry. There were so many horrible Japanese rap-type bands popular over the summer, that I've blocked out the memorey of them. There must be something decent somewhere though...

Word to Dragon Ash. Um... Kick the Can Crew gets points for... interestingness. The songs I've heard from them have catchy beats but I can't say I'm a big fan of their voices overall >.>

MAX had one hip-hop style song out called "Never gonna stop it"
Aside from having a decent beat with good voices, none of there other music sounds anything like this one song. *sigh* I've got the music video for it in .vob and .mpg if anyone is interesting.. kawaii@networkduels.com |

My vote also goes for Dragon Ash!
I first heard them when I was in Japan, and I love them! They do Japanese rap/hip-hop. (My favorite song by them is "Hiwa Mata Nobori Kurikaesu". I have almost half of the thing memorized!  ) |

^^ I'm also going to point out that I probably thought so many of the rap bands sucked, because I'm not a fan of rap. Therefore, they may be very good, I just can't tell! Ha ha. (and I spelt "memory" wrong. I hate when i don't notice things until much later...oh well. not gonna fix it.) Actually I still have this song by Rip Slyme (i think that was the name) burnt into my brain. I can STILL sing the whole chorus. *shivers* I hated that song so much... and they just kept playing and playing it everywhere... *cough*

I know this one group, but i forgot their name! I'll remember it later! However, if you wanna listen to decent Asian Rap, just listen to Korean Rap and Hip Hop. Good stuff like drunken Tiger, YG Family, Perry, 1TYM, etc. Hope that helps! I'll reply back with the name of the other group! However, i do agree Dragon Ash is good

At first, I was so freaked out when I heard them sing Greatful Days... It was just so werid to hear Japanese rap at first.. But its actually a really good song ^-^ I also really like Cowboy F*ck (er, its nothing like the name, I swear! ^_^), Life Goes on, and a bunch of other stuff by them!! Its not *all* rap, but they do a lot of really good ones~ Other then them, I don't really know though... T_T
