ANGELA concert
I can't reccommend this Jpop/rock pair MORE to you guys- you absolutly MUST go and see them!
Angela performs the opening and closing theme song of the anime Stellvia. Atsuko's vocals are unique and engaging. Katsu plays guitar, and is a joy to watch. They are a two piece, but they have some electronica in the background. I saw them last year at Otakon, and I must say- I enjoyed seeing them even more than L' arc en Ciel!! I can't believe they will actually be at CN! We are so lucky! XDDDDDDDD The word from Hobbystar is that the concert will be on Saturday afternoon. That means you won't miss the masquerade!! Sounds cool! I will definately try and give them a see. I had no idea there was gonna be something like this at CNA, so thanks for the heads up. I haven't seen Stellvia so I don't know what to expect, but I like most Japanese bands that I've heard so far. You sound passionate about it! ^^

I just love angela <3 Since I heard they were coming, I wanted to make something from the series they sang the op/ed for and well, Kazuki from Soukyuu no Fafner will be making an appearance to their concert (hopefully) X3

Yep Michi's right... I do recall Angela singing the" Cruel Angels Thesis " song at Otakon last year but they didn't write the actual song....

I am very excited about this. The last concert at CNAnime was a few years back when Apollo Smile and Mari Iljima (spelling) did a concert that I missed because it was early.
