yeah...you know me...always coming up with ideas. but never following through. So, do you know were I can buy a Metal Gear Solid Ninja (Gray Fox) Suit?????????

Gray Fox? Hmm, actually, I think you'll be better off trying to make the costume than find it. If not you can search ebay for MGS cosplay. I don't know what the chances of you finding something are but it wouldn't hurt.

Im trying to mass produce A Metal Gear Solid 2 Ninja costume (so I dont grow out of it fast and so I can sell them to you guys) But I want them to be high in quality and realistic. what do you think would be used in the real thing or be close to it.

Also I need a Breathable Mask. (already have katana nailed)

Mass produce? I think you have quite the challenge ahead of you!

Perhaps no one replied because they have no ideas? Armor is difficult, and this looks sorta like a bio armor, which is even more difficult, I imagine.

It basically looks like armor, so try searching armor in the forums (click into a forum and then look up by the page numbers, should show "search this forum" then enter your terms (must be more than 3 letters long) or in google. Contacting prop-makers, special effects people, and if you're serious, making a business plan and investing would probably be a good start. Don't forget about copyright issues if you're planning on mass producing something.

Here are a few links that have to do with armor to get you started.

You might want to look into fiberglass, foam rubber (like the batman suits), latex... making this would require a lot of research, time, work, and money. People are not going to spoon feed it to you, and the people that would have such knowledge most likely aren't hanging around cosplay.com. If you want to make it, you're going to have to work the hard way and research.

Reading up on wonderflex and fossshape might help as well, and checking out some Xenosaga KosMos costumes. She has similar abs, I think. You might be able to get some ideas. Same with checking out Trabus's Alphonse costume. It's foam covered with PVC fabric, which might work for this if you built it all up on some sort of bodysuit base with individual pieces covered in another fabric and attached somehow.

Also, don't bump your threads. It's against the rules. That's what the "edit" button is for.
