Consept Hellsing..Cosplay?
Well i was woundering if anyone had any consept costumes of hellsing...for example i been raving bout a straight jacket anderson.well i be doing for Otakon and Neko..so i was woundering if anyone had any other weird or other stuff they be doing for hellsing at Neko.
