Admission Prices..?
I was looking on the CNAnime website and saw the prices for admission, and noticed it was 45CA/34US, but I saw that was for the whole weekend. But I also saw that it said for Friday, Saturday, or whole weekend for that price, so my question is... is that true? For driving up for one day is it going to cost me the same price for the whole weekend??

For the expo there are no one day anime passes available (at least as far as I've found). What I ususlly do is get one day comic book or sci-fi pass, it limits you slightly, but while $45 isn't bad for 3 days of convention, but it's rather brutal for one day ^_^

They do.
They're just not full access, naturally. It's a business, after all. They're trying to sweeten up the deal so you'll want to come all weekend and not just the one day where everything is happening.

Unfortunately I don't think there was a pre-order discount price... You could pre-order tickets but I believe it was the same amount as the tickets at the door. Although it could possibly cost more if you add in shipping charges.
Also, yeah there isn't a 1 day Anime Pass. You can however get another one day pass that lets you get into the dealer's room and such but you wouldn't be able to view the anime and go to all the events |

Hobbystar seems to only care about the money but I guess that's because they're some big corperation =/ I like fan-run conventions better. But that doesn't stop me from going to TAC and CNAX - XD

Im goin all 3 days, n i wanna see everything - or at least as much as i can squeeze in - so i alredy pre-reg'd my anime delux pass.
However, if you are (like my boyfriend for example) just going to see the people in their costumes, see your friends, take pictures, and have no real interest in going up to the dealers room, or partaking in any of the events, then you CAN just hang out in the lobby for free!

Just wondering... is the pass only needed for going into the dealers room etc? Would I need a pass if I just wanna cosplay but not go to the events, dealer's room etc?
