Paperclay Armour?
I understand it worked well for Julia and Limebarb as Berserker Yuna and Rikku, but what about Dark Knight Rikku? Will it staay on whilst walking around?
I'm a n00b when it comes to the ligistics of Paperclay. Can anyone offer me any help? --Kerra

I don't see any problem with using paperclay. Inexpensive and light.

Paperclay is awesome stuff. When making armour-type things with paperclay, I usually sculpt the shape of the thing in plasticene first, then cover it with a few layers of papier-maché, then use paperclay to smooth out the surface.
Just be aware that Paperclay isn't at all flexible, so it needs a firm solid base, and you can't make it too thin (without a strong base) or it may break. It's particularly good for doing details on wooden props.
