I'm a Zero/Alpha player, which means I'm no good at parrying but rule all on Zero Counters!

My favorite character for business (to stomp on victims): Nash/Charlie
My favorite character for style (combos and eye-candy): Cody
My favorite character for quick wins (power-types): M. Bison/Balrog
My favorite character master challenge (root for the underdog!): Dan Hibiki

I'm thinking of making a Guile costume...think I need a wig? If so, any idea where to find/how to make a Guile wig? It'd be my first wigwork. If it seems hard I may just grow my hair taller and perhaps lighten it.

Actually I don't think you would need to use a wig. It's probably better to just let your hair grow. I wouldn't lighten my hair just for the cosplay though, unless it's just something you want to do anyway. If you do decide to go with a wig though you could get one from this site or Amphigory. I think you would have to add wefts to cover the edges though. Good luck! I think you'll make a great Guile!

Speaking of hair, has anyone attempted Chun-Li's hairstyle? If you did, how did you do it?

Love the Sodom costume! Don't see a whole lot of other Alpha characters cosplayed other than Sakura mostly.

One of my friends is going to try for a Cody costume soon. Shouldn't be too difficult to do.

And I'll be ordering my new shoes for Guy tomorrow! That's going to be a welcome modification to my costume. Been hunting a pair of red high top Nikes for some time now, and with a person's help was able to find the right style online. WHOO HOO!!

THE BUSHIN LIVES AGAIN!!!

Do any of you live within Canada? Or better yet, Ontario? >_< It's mighty lonely being a Street Fighter on my turf...only Ryu's and Chun Li's, and few at that. For shame.

By the way, the Sodom outfit's awesome! Nice work... can't wait to see what the rest of you will show. ^^

I also plan on definitely hitting up the Street Fighter series, but I want to expand to other Capcom games. My first costume here that's practically done is Demitri from Darkstalkers. It's kind of weird how I can't find anyone who's cosplayed as Demitri for the life of me....but millions of Morrigans, Liliths, and and B.B. Hoods. :\ And I'm not quite sure who I could pull off in the SF series....need to go over my games. >_< I think Guy would actually be the only guy I'd want to pull off. Ryu's too boring for me. I like my costumes to be a bit more flashy. ^_^

Dun forget the numerous (and often poorly done) Felicia's out there...

As far as Street Fighter characters are concerned, Wikipedia has a list of every street fighter character ever. You can find some of the more flashy and memorable ones there

Hahah, agreed, I've seen a few Felicia's as well....but one sticks out as being very good, actually. I've noticed that mainly Japanese cosplayers attempt the Darkstalkers characters, not as many American ones.

And Wikipedia rocks, lol, this is a great list! Getting me some ideas for the future. ^_^ I'm a definite video game cosplayer preferrably over anime.

Lol, yeah, I'll stick him in my future cosplay list so it'll be official, heh. Need a Capcom character for my next con after Anime Vegas.

Quick question. Would anyone know where I could get a patch made? I need the same patch that's on Yun's hat (it's a skateboard BTW). If anyone could tell me where I could get one made, then I'd really appreciate it.

Here's a pic so you know what I mean:
