This post is here based on the sheer awesomeness it would be to cosplay gordon freeman. How could i make an HEV suit for less then a fortune (cheeper is better)
Also for next years zombie walk, how could i make a headcrab to put on my head. If anyoneout theres actually done one of these before please explain how???

huh... I haven't seen anyone cosplay them before... try looking at Halo 2 thread, it might help you with building the suit.

I have seen people make headcrab hats (I even saw a few for sale in artist's alley at Otakon) Theyre actually kinda cute somtimes! But Thats what I'd do, make a headcrab hat. I guess you'd make sort of a oval pillow with one side sewn into itself and little legs.

Heh, I seriously considered Cosplaying as the G-Man. He's an awesome character, and I love his suit. (The one in HL2, that is.)
