Goggles!!!!!!!
I am a Digimon nut case. I have goggles for Takato from Digimon Tamers. But I need goggles from every other goggle boy. That's Taichi, Daisuke, and Takuya. I really find it hard to find goggles like Daisuke's original pair (he breaks them in ep. 1 of Digimon Adventure 02) I believe they are called WWI (or II) bomber goggles or something like that but I do not know for sure. Can anybody help me find these coveted goggles? Any info would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

I'd also be interested to know if anyone has good suggestions for the large and weird Digimon goggles. I've found some skiing and other sport goggles which are unusual and could probably work for some of those characters, but I have no idea where you could find decent one for Davis's original pair. I'll look around and see if I can come up with anything for you.

Goggles are big in the cyber goth scene, so you may be able to try looking for them on websites that specialize in "club wear" or hair extensions and accessories - particularly the cyber goth sites. Also - when in doubt - there is always eBay.com

They have pretty good selection at good prices as an alternative to scoping out skiing gear. |

I tried looking for something like this before and eventually gave up. I was planning on making my own when I was thinknig of doing Davis. They never happened though we used the same idea for Bud's goggles. We bought thick (1/4") Foamy craft sheets at JoAnn's fabrics and drew out the shape of each eye piece on them. We cut out about 6 (3 for each side) and glued them together. The bottom layer had extra space on both sides to attach a strap and to join the two sides together. We sanded and painted the pieces. Then, we took the pattern and cut lenses from plexiglas and glued them between the top two layers of foamy. They looked pretty good in the end.

Try a military surplus store and paint them to suit. I got a really cool pair for an Amelia Earhart book report a while back...

Try welding supply stores, or the street vendors in Chinatown NYC had some nice cheap pairs.

Just so you guys know, I've heard very mixed reviews from people ordering from Ragdoll - sometimes, apparently, her shipping and service are great, and sometimes they're terrible. Other sources of goggles that I've dealt with before are http://www.goodgoth.com and http://www.drlocks.net (she only has one style left, but she's such a great seller that I'll take any chance I can get to plug her).
