PLEASE READ: Regarding Gatherings (per Yaoi-Con Staff)
If you're planning an informal or scheduled gathering, please DO NOT tape signs and messages to the Westin Hotel or Clarion Hotel's walls, doors, elevators or any other surface!!
The con can be held liable for any damage done to wall surfaces (such as wallpaper). Instead, we will be providing a peg board especially for these types of announcements located near the Registration area.
