Fire Emblem Cosplay - Page 2

Oh yes, most likely gonna have a spear with me. I've grown to prefer to have weapon props with my costumes. It just makes me feel better that even if someone else cosplays the same character, they usually dont have the weapon too. And Fire Emblem cosplayers might not get recognize right away or often. But I think it just makes you feel better when someone does recognize you. I wore Matthew to Anime USA this past weekend and this is pretty much what happened when the first person to recognize said something:

person: "exscuse me? are you cosplaying Matthew from fire emblem?"
me: "...YOU KNOW WHO I AM??? OMG SOMEONE RECOGNIZED ME!!!! *GLOMP*
person: XD "can I get a picture?"
me: "YAY YAY YAY, sure" *picture* "yay, someone knew who I was!!" *GLOMP*

That was pretty much it, I did that to the other 2 people who recognized me too, lol. It was funny. ^^

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. My "slim lance" might draw some extra attention or that people wouldn't recognize me without it. However, my boyfriend pointed out that it seems more like Florina's personality to have a plushie rather than a weapon. Also, carrying around a huge spear might be a little inconvienent. What do you think?

yeah, with Florina it might be cuter to have a pegasus plushie.....make that FREAKING ADORABLE! Lol, I'd definitly glomp ya if I saw ya.

that would be cool. I think out of all the Fire Emblems released over here so far, the gamecube one will probably be cosplayed the most.

I've been pondering a Fire Emblem cosplay; I've been with the series since the first SNES game.

I wonder if Lyn could be done using a Chiyong Sam(sorry if I messed up the spelling!) pattern with a few modificaitons.

My brother and I are thinking of doing a Fire Emblem sacred stones (or whatever it is called, too lazy to remember!) with Erika and Ephraim. We may do it for Akon next year. We are trying to decide what we are going to do, and this is definitely a possibility!

I'm planning on several Fire Emblem cosplays, too. ^^;; I think the first one I'm going to do is Jaffar...are you going to Anime Expo 06? It would be so cool to have a group....^^;;;

I'm hoping to go to Acen 06 which is in Chicago, IL and maybe Kunicon 06 which is in StL, MO, if they're still going to have it this year...

Anyone going to be at those?
