Windsor-Essex, London area Cosplayers
Hello there! Giving a shout out to anyone in the Windsor-Essex area that cosplays. Extending the shout up as far as London, but beyond that...eh, you are too far for me to hassle so there :P
Anyone in these areas like to cosplay? Go to conventions? Looking for a cosplay group or just people to join up with for registration and rooms? Anything else that goes along with this thread is fine an dandy with me! Just give a post and we'll see how many of us are hanging about in the area! Woo! ~Vessa |

I live in Erieau, ONT (but I doubt you've heard of it lolz) I've gone to AnimeNorth for the last 2 years, and I'll be attending Con No Baka as well this year. This is my first time cosplaying. I'll be going as Syaoran from Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles. If your going to Con No Baka, who u goin as, so I can look out for ya. |

Well..I was going as a really well done Sakuyamon (from Digimon Tamers) but now...it's looking a bit ghetto. Money became a luxury I didn't have, so...yeah. Yellow Duct Tape and non-spandex clothing instead of a bodysuit..ah well, at least it'll look like it should :P Hopefully :P
I will also be with a Roger Huxely from Star Ocean: Til the End of Time, and possibly a White Mage from FFTactics Advanced. I just started looking into Tsubasa Resevior Chronicles, and I hope to start buying the series after December (hoping to have another job after the Con, so I have the bling bling to make the purchases :P). I love the costume designs from that series...I'm a sucker for complicated and nifty clothing so..yeah  I've heard of Erieau, but I can't place it offhand. Where is it located in ontario? ~Vessa |

Sort of on topic but not from the area: There's a new convention starting up in Detroit this coming weekend (Nov 11 - 13) called Youmacon that some of you local to the southwestern Ontario area may want to consider ^_^ I'll be heading down because I have friends on staff XD

I thought about it, but I've already spent enough money on cons this year ^^ Course..I just happen to have this Saturday off....we might go next year for a day or something, since we are right across the border from Detroit. So many cons, so little money for them ^^;

Well, um its in between Windsor and London. Its part of Chatham-Kent.
And dude just download Tsubasa, it takes a lot less time and money :/ |

I found where Erieau is ^^ Good ol' mapquest helped me out
Hey, are we going to meet up at Con no Baka, just to say hi? Be neat to finally meet someone who lives in my area for once (Yeah, I consider Chatham-Kent my area. So what you are nearly an hour from my place. Poo poo on that!) As for downloading..well..I'm on lovely dailup, and I must share the line with the rest of the family..so downloading isn't really an option for me. Or I would have everything downloaded ^^ I don't mind spending the 15$ on the manga...I'll just pace myself..like...2 a year or something *laughs* ~Vessa |

well I have dialup too, I just told my friend, who also likes anime, to download it for me cus he has highspeed.
And sure I wouldn't mind meeting up... even if its just to get pics and say hi. ja ne |
