Ohayocon December Meet up!

Ok, since at the current moment, Ohayocon's forums are down, I will post this here.I am Mishikotoko on Ohayocon's forums, and I set up the halloween meeting (which due to car trouble I was late to) I am setting up another meet up in december.

gift exchange

the price limit on the gift,is 20.00

December 8th...(it is a thursday)
7pm at Easton Town Center.

Ideas are welcome, so please post them here.
What ever works for the majority, as far as places and dates, will be taken into consideration. I will try to make it, so that everyone can come to this.So post your ideas or thoughts, so that I and others can know what you think.

I will update this regulary, as well as add information from Ohayocon's forums.I will also post any information, from Ikasucon's forums, dealing with this meet up as well.

Please RSVP as soon as possible.I need to know, how many people are interested, in comming. I will be bringing something special for everyone who RSVP's by December 4th. (Well I will be checking the threads Monday when I get to work, so rsvp by then end of the 4th....or 8am monday)

That is all of the information on Easton. If you need direction, there is even a map section. And it is not in Dayton Ohio, but NE side of Columbus, like mentioned abouve.
If anyone is planning on going, please post here. I need to get an idea, of how many people will be comming, and a time frame set up. so if you have ideas, and you are planning on comming, please post here. Thank you

What does Rsvp mean? Can I come? do we have to bring gifts, I have unwrapped gift that was for my friend but she doesn't know what it is. Anyone who wants it can have it.

Yes, you can come, all you have to do is reply saying that you will come. ^_^ Rsvp is just another way of saying reply or just let me know you are comming. It is a gift exchange so whoever brings a gift, will be able to get a gift. You may still come, if you do not bring a gift...just please let me know if you are comming by friday december 2nd. I will be making something special for those who let me know they are comming by friday the 2nd. If you would like to come, you do not have to rsvp, but I will be unable to give you the item. (sorry.) So please let me know if you are planning on comming.I will be making a list of people who are comming, so that I will have the "special items" for them.
