So if I DO go to Anime Boston, I'll be Meltdown-Miku, Femme!Prussia, School Girl Teto, and possibly Kyle Broflovski.

Depends entirely on the garment in question. Expect to get through a lot of paper and cheap cloth in the process though.

How can I get this pose even sexier without crossing the line of just plain ecchi or perverted.

Personally, I draw out a scale version on grid paper, one square per inch. Then I draw out the pieces, using rulers and curves.

Attached a bike chain to Grell's chainsaw blade - it looks so cool! Totally worth the extra money and severe finger burn from the glue gun.
Well, mostly worth the pain. :P And I swear that I'm going to trim my Buster Posey wig tonight. And finish the slides for my group's upcoming panel. And hunt for an apartment online. But first I'm going to sit by the pool and read manga. XD

I'm having major wig insecurity. I lost a ton of the fibers detangling it and taking out the matted clumps, so now I'm worried it's too thin. Now that I've done my best to make it less frizzy, it looks fine on, but I'm still not feeling too good about it.

So I wandered around Joann Fabrics for close to three hours and spent close to $70 there. On little things. My mom's going to kill me. Oh well!
I really wanna get back to my mockup now, but we're at Costco now...hopefully I'll be done with my mockup and patterns tomorrow, so that I can go right to sewing after I volunteer on Monday! |

What kind of fabric do I use on a top hat?
Ugh, I'm so mad I forgot to look when I was at Joann Fabrics! |

Took a seam ripper to my Anarchy Panty dress, and now I have two pieces to work on and make adjustments separately~
Though, I will say I feel sorry for the people who paid full retail price for this dress ($70, I paid $20), and it has such weak seams. I cut a couple of them, and like a whole side of the skirt came loose from the top.

So today while making a dress I almost dropped a pinned piece of fabric on the floor and by reflex quickly caught it with my hand against my leg... And well, pretty much punched a pin straight into my flesh. It hurt. XD
End of sewing horror story. I'm actually so motivated these days that I spent 7 hours in a row yesterday and 12 hours today working. XO

So today I win the fail award at making patterns. Made it *exactly* twice as large as it needed to be. Stupid 4-panels-per-leg pants. And me not realizing that 4/leg=8/waist.
