Well, I can beat you all at the procrastination game!

My con's in three days, counting today, and I still need to add a zipper to a jacket, which I'm working on right now and turn a fedora into a top hat for Turnip Head! I AM THE MASTER OF PROCRASTINATION!

...Also, I've just failed so hard at shortening that zipper.... I accidentally cut off the pully thing, but that's okay, since the jacket doesn't need to close and I can just glue the zipper pull on at the top.

I've got a week and a couple of days until my next con and I still need to make a jacket, backpack and style a wig, in my defense it wasn't so much procrastination as it was finals eating my life. But I have my lovely new dressform to work with and the jacket pattern making seems to be going well so far....

...though my Nyanko-sensei plushie is almost done. He just needs legs. And a bell. And a sake bottle.

I just ordered 3 wigs and bodypaint, now I'm trying to figure out what website is the most trustworthy for buying Eridan's Earfins >3< I keep finding them on different, yet still shady sites... Grr.
Then I need to finish my uncle's birthday present for my aunt so she can take me to Party City to pick up black lipstick, teeth, liquid latex, setting powder, and contouring stuff... Wububububu

Edit: which is better, buying Earfins online or buying basic latex ear applications and liquid latex and making the earfins the way I seet hem be? I might go with the last choice.

I know you said you may go with the second choice, but Aradani Costumes is a reliable site for elf ears! If i'm right, they have the ears for Eridan. I just think it would be easier to do than using liquid latex...then again I have no experience with liquid latex. ^^' But I love Aradani ears! I have two pairs of them! And you can get the unpainted kind and paint them yourself!

Wow, all this stress talk is making me so happy that I'm working on all of my cosplays well in advance. *hides in case someone wants to throw stuff* Instead of working on Gakuko's sleeves with my newly acquired white thread I have been altering the top to be more like Gakuko's. It looks okay at the moment, a bit uneven but I'm tired of looking at it so I'm going back to the sleeves tomorrow.

Ahaha.. It's nearing 4 AM, I can't sleep and all I have on my mind is cosplay and some more cosplay. And that wig I just purchased. I wonder when I'll get it... This sucks. If my entire family wasn't asleep I'd start sewing or something...

Just ordered a wig for a secret cosplay, I can't even believe it's happening! Ordered elf ears and spiritgum+remover too, since I feel bad constantly borrowing my girlfriend's ears for Bernard.

Now to go hunting for fabric for my Falco jacket, and find a white blazer that's actually UNDER $50 on ebay. Geez, this might be awhile.

I've seen those, I don't really like the way they are styled, though. The ones I was looking at were http://www.cottageemporiums.com/merfolkears.html but I want them to be a little bigger and more dramatic, which is why I was thinking of doing the liquid latex thing.
