Need to keep on paperclaying this staff. One pack goes a long way, but I think I'll need about half a pack more to finish up and fill in the bumpy spots.

I think I've gone off the deep end. I'm okay with spending $140 on a wig, but I can't justify to myself buying every-day clothes.
Unless it can be used for both cosplay and every-day wear, then it's fine.

So if anyone needs cheap knock off Converse for under $10, Family Dollar has them.
Anyways, Pikachu is nearly done (FINALLY!!!) since I found the vest fabric for >$5 with lots to spare for the shoes and etc. And then BMO will be given progress tomorrow since I get free labor from my cosplay partner. And America wig s still be a total American about his bangs.

Yes! My plan to gorilla glue my embroidery hoop back together worked! And now to sewing this emblem....
Also I'm debating whether to get the school logo patch from Fate/Extra commissioned or not for my Heroine cosplay. I mean, her hair does cover it in most scenes but still...

I started to not like doing this because of the overbearing weight, but now I'm glad I carry multiple cosplays with overlaps for a single day of con going. Going as Captain Jack Harkness for a Doctor Who photoshoot and then finding fellow Atlus and Persona cosplayers as Persona 4's Souji Seta/Yu Narukami made my Friday of Fan Expo 2012.

I don't want to do this but the amount of labor that it would take to sew the finer detail would drive me bat shot crazy so I'll be gluing them to the fabric. Don't want to but have to,ya know.

Wow! It's over two months until NebrasKon and the hotel is already full. I got a reservation at another hotel across the street and it was the last two queen room. I expect this sort of thing from giant cons like ACEN but not NebrasKon.

Finally got to see my three new wigs a couple hours ago! I'm currently over the moon about them, and shall endeavour to write up reviews before I lose motivation to do so.
