It is. For a while I was like 'Oh it's kinda cool..' because I only watched half a playthrough of it..Now that she's said that I'm just like GAAARRRYYY <3 And yes, an anime would be wonderful ;-;

On that note...I am surprised with how many people are selling Garry wigs O_o Thankfully girlfriend suggested the one I was planning on getting, so we both like it xD I think I'll get it next week when I get more money, so I'm not broke. Has anyone had any luck putting fake nails on gloves and have them look convincing? Turns out I can't white out my hands for Death without leaving little white prints everywhere. For D*C I'm simply going to wear gloves, but I'd like to have white hands in the future. Any ideas?

Oh, and I'm getting really pissed with Avast. It keeps blocking me from going to ACParadise. It says there's viruses and malware. ACParadise has checked lots of things and said they've narrowed it down to simply Avast giving them issues. Grrr! I wanted to get my new pics up! Darn it!

@Kaylee_Frye: The cosplayer who did the Doctor Who Weeping Angel costume used pantyhose, I think. Sewed them very carefully into gloves, then painted and with fake nails stuck on.

You'll have to wear the 'gloves' as you paint them and as they dry, or else they will shrink, before gluing on the nails too.


Found $20 knockoff Converse THAT FOLD OVER YAY. Just need to find the fabric, finish America's wig (PROCRASTINATION CAUSE THE WIG SUCKS,) order the coveralls, blacks socks and grab those black knockoffs from Family $$ before I'm completely done with everything.

Oh. And America's glasses.

Thanks! I'll hopefully not have to worry, color-wise, because they're going to be for Death, so I'll be able to simply get some white ones. The nails, yeah, I'd probably forget to have them on.

My friend finally uploaded some of the pictures from the Friday of Amecon and oh my god I love them so much! I really wish I could change the icon for my Gary cosplay because UGHHHH IT'S RUBBISH AND OUTDATED, but the uploading system here hates me. But I'm so glad to have some decent photos uploaded of the cosplay, finally! It's been terrible for too long.

Definitely good day today! I glued Pascal's staff together and besides a little touch up work after it dries, and removing the tape on it, the staff is done! Also I found someone who will commission the school patch for my heroine cosplay. ^_^

oh, Quorra, WHY does your armour/top/bodice thingy have to be so ridiculous? I'm still trying to get the pattern to sit correctly, five hours later. I've cut and pinned and re-sewn and overcut so much on the pattern cloth (when making my own, I use old bedsheets for pattern pieces/mockups) that I probably need to cut a whole new one to alter any more. Largely, I can't get the back and shoulders to sit quite right on me due to me having wide AND rounded shoulders plus a swayback- though the swayback part, I fixed the problem- and the back of the shoulders/first cutaway at the side is both too tight and doesn't match up evenly. Rrrrrrgh.

Anyway, Fan Expo Canada 2012 has come and gone. While still having some of the same issues as before, I still had a great time with the Doctor Who Society of Canada and a surprising amount of Persona cosplayers this year compared to last. Time to tag and upload some more photos.
