My Eva costume is coming along nicely > I'm just sad about one thing ... her ridiculously designed top is totally unrealisitc ... freaking anime girls and not having nipples, what is this?! You'll love the arc with Helios in it I think. That was my favorite actually. I wouldn't be surprised if you end up wanting to cosplay him as well. lol Best of all, the new Sailor Moon anime comes out in less then a year! Although they really better get it right; otherwise they're going to have a mass of very unhappy fans.

Speaking of which, I really hope they release some SM'13 images soon. I'm dying to finish my Princess Serenity dress but, I really want to see if they change any of the details first. Just in case I want to do that before one of her older dresses. I have everything done except adding a layer to her skirt and the bodice detailing. =/

When you're hunting for cosplay partners/groups online, pretty much all roads lead back here. But getting views and replies on your thread is like pulling teeth. I KNOW there are more cosplayers than that floating around.

My friend and I have agreed that yes, Sailor Moon is like crack. It's highly addictive, dominates your life, messes with your feelings and steals all your money (in the form of OMGMUSTCOSPLAY.) Ergo, Sailor Moon is crack.

You're preaching to the choir here, to date, I've spent over $5k on all of my Sailor Moon stuff, not including my 15+ Sailor Moon costumes XD And of course, I always put my SM costumes first, but I've FINALLY finished them all, so I can start focusing on other costumes XD

Ow, my fingers are fucking killing me from eight hours of handstitching heavy pleather. K, time to buy a teflon foot. But my Quorra armour is actually looking somewhat decent. Though I highly doubt I'll get a workmanship award on the torso armour.

So I got my Ririchiyo wig the other day and while it's pretty much perfect..it's a tangle monster. Now it isn't actually detangling it that's making me consider postponing the costume. It's the fact that EVERY TIME when I am almost done detangling it, whatever is supporting it to stay where I can detangle it (since the back weighs it down a lot) gives out, the wig falls on me, and any work I had done is erased and essentially doubled since it tangles A TON when it falls.
What setups do you guys use to prevent this? ;.; Because what I have to do since I have nowhere it could hang up is put it on something like a desk and just use something to weigh down the front of the wig head it's on. I know I could check it every now and then and adjust it, but it still does it.
Also, since I'm in love with her design, I'd love to do Rikka from Chunibyo if I do postpone Ririchiyo..it's seeming more like the logical thing to do since I don't know anyone else in the area that's cosplaying Inu x Boku soon. OTL I just don't know what to do since I love Ririchiyo's character so much. I'm considering trying it on to see if tangling is REALLY OBVIOUS and if not, just brush out what I can and leaving it tangled in places until I come up with a better solution.
