Speaking of, the Annual Toronto Cosplay Skating Event last Saturday was a lot of fun. There were a lot of cosplayers there, ranging from Doctor Who, Persona, Vocaloid, Assassin's Creed, My Little Pony and Marvel Comics. There was this one really good Iron Man in the colors of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

No pics from me, but a funny little story. After an hour of skating, I posted on Facebook that I "just went skating and haven't fallen on my ass... yet." A couple of hours later, I fell on my ass and said Souji/Yu wig fell off. Ironically, it wasn't from skating but rather from standing still on the ice, talking to a Phoenix Wright cosplayer and an Izanagi cosplayer about the Persona series. All three of us were having issues standing on the ice and had to help each other out to keep steady. My fall came too suddenly to react.

I was there too! Was a Hetalia OC, Israel. Didn't fall, but not sure you could call what I was doing skating. XD

My Dino wig came in, so now its done! ^^ yay~

Well with the exception of the tattoo's but Dino is for a con and can't do the tattoos because I plan on wearing Seymour for that con as well. Seymour is more important then Dino so yeah... but I have the tattoo paper so I can always just print them out of I wear Dino to a photoshoot or something. XD

I think I was able to make a pattern for Pascal's pouches that will work. From how the fabric is attaching together, it looks fine... Still not going to drop my guard though. These pouches are downright annoying.

And my sister tells me today that Kotoricon is in about a week, (10 days) and well, she's not done with hers and her friend's cosplay. -_- Which means more stress for me. Thankfully I'm done and if it comes down to it, I can quickly finish the pleated skirts for them.

I still have sooo much work to do on my Toothless quadsuit! But, I'm starting to get back to working on it and I finally, think I know what I'm doing to make his wings. (Which is honestly the only thing that is tripping me up!!) But huzzah! I think I know what I'm gonna do! Just, need to whip up a mock up version of them (or prototype) just to make sure I wanna go through with the idea. Then I can finally start moving forward with the rest of the costume.

Aside from that, I really wanna start working on my Yuri and Juvia cosplay's sooo much. But I can't, cause I don't have the time, or the money, or the time...or the money, or- I think you get my point. xP

Looking back on it now, I really wish I had video of my friend and I dressed as Tuxedo Mask and Misa Amane dancing to Die Young by Ke$ha at the cosplay party I went to yesterday, considering it was the only time I've ever successfully danced in that cape xD

Now that my hair's shorter again maybe I should do that cosplay of Kaoru from Sakamichi no Apollon that I was thinking about. (It's pretty simple outfit-wise, at least xD)

I had been growing my hair to cosplay as Rose from Full Metal Alchemist but now since I'm not, I'm effing debating on getting a trim of sorts. It gets so long and poofy but I look good with long hair! D;

I need monies but it's all going to my college supplies for when I go back on Sunday.

I may or may not be sitting on my best friend/cosplay buddy's bed unwrapping an obscene amount of party poppers for Pinkie Pie's party cannon whilst listening to One Direction.

Had a great day cosplay shopping with my group of friends. We must have spent 2 1/2-3h in Joanns alone. xD BUT! After hearing us talk and seeing me help my friends so much, the manager himself actually asked me to fill out an application because he wanted me working there! I never thought I'd say this but I actually hope I get that job. Working at Joann's would be a huge plus as a cosplayer.

I also got pretty much everything else I needed for Spirit!Zelda and Leena. Minus a few things here and there, but I've got enough to keep me busy for weeks.

I am so glad that I just spent my Christmas money on things I was almost excited for. Not.

I've hit another slump and keep thinking that backing off again is not such a bad idea.
At least I'll be out of everyone else's way and it's not like I fit in the first place.

Done with everything for Sac Anime. I should start packing up everything tonight...but I'm lazy and there's a Law and Order marathon on.
