i want to cosplay this, but need an ID on the anime?

I caught these guys in an AMV I have, AMV Hell. I kind of want to make a secondary costume for my Alexander Anderson for fanime this year, but I don't know what movie or series this is from. Looks like Miyazaki? I refuse to cosplay for an anime I havent seen though, so I'd like to try to track this down.

Yeah, that's "On Your Mark," a music video done by Ghibli a while back. It shouldn't be too tough to find a copy, but I doubt it'll be a very recognizable cosplay.
