With less than 5 Month's to go, are you stressing out over your cosplay?

Just wondering if anyone else was feeling a bit overwhelmed by what they still have left to do cosplay-wise.

(I looked at my deadlines chart and was like OMG, I'm five weeks behind!! *rush rush*)

Not the cosplay really. Three of my costumes are finished and I have about 2 1/2 left to go. However, figuring out arrangements (hotels, rides, masquarade aps) are stressing me out about now.

Haha, yeahh, I'm pretty behind. Four costumes and a prom dress to make for May, plus all the other billion things I have to do. Oh boy. x_X I don't feel really overwhelmed or stressed about it yet, though.

What I've found to be helpfull is to keep telling myself 'I'm gonna do, It's going to get done, I'm on top of it' As a mental mantra when every it seems hopeless.

That, plus watching Excel Saga. ^^;

lol, i just decided, and its only costing me 20$ to make, and takes like, 2 minutes to put together. im only hoping, people will recognize what it is =). thisll be my first time cosplaying too, ahhhhh.....

I have three things done, I decided to be more adventerous and take the T to get there (will be an interesting bus ride...) The fourth is optional, and really I can take my time on it.

I don't think I'm gonna apply for the masq. I'm still a bit new at it all.

Well...I need to get to the appropriate weight first, and that's what I'm stressing over. Hopefully the costume won't take me more than a month.

Let's see. costume is planned and sitting in a pile of supplies and material. Just started a Web Comic and also have the prop company restock and shows at cons to do/go to before AB. (see sig for links) And have limited myself to interweb only when i'm at work and when i need to update the site. I think the severity hasn't hit me juuuust yet. -Sketch

I have totally not started yet. As it stands, I've got to do an accessory/armortastic costume and a basically storebought costume plus more accessories for myself, and one that my boyfriend wants to do... but I think he picked something above his skill level I'll have to be doing a significant chunk of myself. Definitely not procrastinating this time around, that's for sure.

I've just started to get goin' on everything. Not feeling stressed out just yet, but give it a few more weeks and I'm sure I'll be feelin' it soon @_@
