Craftfoam Stores in BC

Hi everyone!
I am planning a costume which involves making an armor. I have decided to use craftfoam. However, wal-mart, michaels and other small local stores only have the 8-inch x 10-inch ones. Would anyone happen to know where to buy longer ones?

If no such dimensions are available, how do you connect two pieces of craftfoam so that the crack between them isnt very obvious?

1) what costume are you doing?!?!?!

2) yah, I had that issue with one of my costumes, if it's gonna be shiney, they just make it really shiney and the seams don't show up as much... or if you're feeling really productive model filler (like pollyfilla, but finer and smaller) might work, but you should do a test piece to make sure...

or you could do what I did for some of it and put down duct tape really carefully.....

3) if you need any tips or help IM me and I'll try my best to help you out!!
