Help with Sakura Kinimoto CCS costume
Hello, I have been cosplaying for about almost a year now and all my costumes have been pretty easy to make. I have decided that it is time for a challenge and I would like to do Sakura Kinimoto in her yellow puffy dress from the series.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...l/ccsyelow.jpg
The only problem is this would be the first time I would be making a dress and I don't know how to start and what to get.I know that I need fabric and I know how to do the armor looking should pieces, but I don't know how to get the dress puffed up like that and the underneath that way. Pleas help me I appreciate any advice!!!!!! Do any of you know were I can get a pettie coat? If so please post the link
