clover ~ sue's wings
I'm thinking about doing a sue cosplay but I am unsure how to go about those gorgeous metallic looking wings. Has anyone made them? Any advice?

I definitely know that she's made the wings and the dress to go with it...and they look awesome! The best Suu cosplay I've seen so far.

I know that Dia is actually a member here. I asked her about the wings at AWA, parts of them are made out of foam board and clothes hangers. Hopefully she will see this and give more details.

Yes, talk to Dia! Her wings are PERFECT! I would wait for her or PM her to ask how she did them. She may be able to give you some pointers.

Well, I'm not in any kind of hurry -- I won'tbe able to do this one til at the very least katsu 04, but probably not til otakon 04. Too much other stuff in the way to dedicate time for making good costumes (if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it right, you know?)
