Okay, since my wig is made of synthetic fiber and is red, I was wondering if there was any way to make to color like an orange color (Kyo Sohma). My friend and I were thinking about using watered down bleach. Would that work???

Noooo! Don't do it D:. Bleach will fry the wig to pieces, and it will be ruined.
Wigs are plastic, and do not behave like human hair when it comes to coloring. The color is put into the plastic before it is extruded into wig fibers, so there's no way to lighten or completely change the color of a wig. You can only dye it darker with some wig dye, or if you have a white / platinum blonde wig, you can dye it pastels or bright colors. You'll have to buy an orange wig. Sorry :\

If you had started with a color like yellow, it could be done. I read a thing by Jan Kurotaki about coloring them with copic markers. But since you've already got a dark color, it would probably be wig suicide. Best bet is to dye your hair or find a new wig.
