Bondage Alucard; Pattern?
A friend of mine is going to have his first cosplay experience at Anime Expo 2006 and as he is new to the hobby, he is looking for a bit of help.

I don't know about a pattern, but I have seen big buttons that are made to be covered with fabric at JoAnnes. That would save finding buttons that match your fabric.
