Can someone give me some advice on making the metal around his waist and wrist? I was suggested that I use cardboard and duct tape.

I plan on doing that on wednesday and jotting down info and notes on anything. I really don't want to wear dsome heavy metal thingabob around my stomach tho. ^^;;;;
